CNC Watchdog Systems was started in conjunction with one of the world’s leading CNC router manufacturers as a means to provide peace of mind with all production jobs running in a CNC environment. Their customers wanted to be able to do other things in their shop while the machine is running without the worry of a part moving, vacuum work hold-down failing or CNC bits rubbing causing overheating, or worse… a fire.

We designed our system to work with modules so you can get the exact monitoring solution that you need to best work in your shop and to give you the most peace of mind. Our system simply attaches to a standard 110V power outlet and interfaces to your machine via an E-Stop connection. Wiring is very simple, no matter what machine you own. Should an error happen, then our system instantly sends a signal to your CNC to stop, so you can correct the problem. This can save your material, tooling, and most of all… wasted time.
